Quent Cot - Quent Cot Prodect not received

I have ordered a product of Vivo Phone V** Pro online from Quent Cot on **, March **** with the order No. #****. I have made online payment for the amount of Rs. ****/- for that order. I have received the confirmation message of the amount paid for the order through SMS to my Mobile.No on the same day. Thereafter I have not received any information regarding the product details, shipment, delivery method etc. either through SMS or email from the company till today. I understand that lock down period due to COVID ** might have caused inconveniences to all of us but there must have been the communication of the product to the customer would satisfy their quest. Unfortunately, the company has failed to do so and thereby gain the dissatisfaction of the customer. Eventually it dragged me to doubt the reliability of the company and its product. Therefore I request the authorities concerned through their email 'info@quentcot.online' on Mon, ** May **** to cancel my order No. #**** for the product and refund the amount of Rs. ****/- back to my bank account from which the payment has been made. This mail was bounced saying 'could not deliver it to the address' on Thu, ** May ****. I am also constantly calling Quent cot online customer care number ********** ********** but it says 'out of coverage area'. When I clik the link for the product it shows 'This shop is unavailable' and also company's website is not accessible. Keeping all these in mind I have no other go but to file a complaint against Quent Cot. Hence this complaint to direct the company Quent Cot to cancel the order No. #**** for the product and refund the amount Rs. ****/- thereof.
