Hi,
I had brought ** quantity of saree of same product, but on meesho at once you can add only ** quantity, so what I did I ordered ** quantity first and I ordered * quantity I got different order ID for both. It was delivered on ** june ****, but I got only * product which I had ordered seperately but in my app it showed my ** quantity is also received on same date. I raised an issue with help center, they said we raised complaint because I coun't apply for reture on app. But they say complaint was not raised and I didn't get refund of ****₹.
The other issue I had ordered pant set(* quantity), I made a return request and delivery boy took my product but didn't upload on app so it said request cancelled. I didn't get refund of ***₹.
I don't know what to do I called help center, I had brought new phone my old phone was not working so I got repaired after * month and also I was out of town. I called help center of meesho on ** july ****, but they said we don't know about any complaint and also I can't help with ecom express delivery too sorry it's not updated on system.
Can you please help me so that I could get my money back.
