Mahima Malik filed complaint against Nursery live on Sep 20, 2020
I had bought plants worth **** from Nurserylive Official (https://www.quora.com/profile/Nurserylive-Official) nurserylive. One of the plants which i recieved was completly torn and tattered as i recieved it and the rest of the plants had no coloured pots which was shown on the website. But the ordeal starts after this Despite of shooting multiple mails all this while for more than a month now i still havent got the compensation or redressal. Certainly this is the last time i am actually making a purchase from this company of any kind whatsoever. The customer service is pathetic. The distress that i have been through just to get the compensation for the money that i had spent on buying the torn and tattered plants that i actually recieved has been immense! Thanks for the awesome service though! i tried getting in touch with them over facebook and instagram too but what i only recieved as a revert was “we are looking into your complaint will get back” also recieved a mail saying “we are sending the plant to you again please share the pictures” but havent recieved anything till date.. surely the worst company to purchase plants from please choose other available online websites. The distress and harrowing expirience of continuous following up in vain.
