I had purchased product, viz. Guess **** Indigo M Eau de Toilette *** ml online vide Invoice No. INV-******* as a gift for a very close relative on his birthday in July.
We recently opened the pack and were extremely disappointed since there is a quality issue with the product.
I have used the Guess products in the past but I believe I have received a product of very inferior quality. I have spent Rs. ****/- on the purchase and I am not at all satisfied with the product.
Kindly arrange a reverse pick up and refund the amount at the earliest.
Why I am complaining about shiprocket is the question which you may ask. The answer is : When I complained on company's website on **/**/****, I received an auto generated response from kartrocket which is now shiprocket. I was promised that someone will get in touch with me. Here is the response:
