I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a saree I recently ordered from your Instagram page (Order ID #ZKT******
I received the package on [Insert Delivery Date], but the product is not as advertised. Specifically:
Quality Discrepancy: The material and overall quality are significantly inferior compared to the pictures and videos shown on your Instagram page.
Manufacturing Defects: The saree arrived with visible defects, which I have documented.
I have attached clear photographs of the defects and the low-quality fabric to this email for your reference.
Since the product is defective and does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, I would like to initiate a full refund. Please let me know the process for the return pickup and how soon I can expect the money to be credited back to my account.
