Thebestwatches - Quality is not good

I recently purchased a watch form the best watches.in site the product is delivered on **/*/**** and I m see the watch battery is defective and give me a low quality watch when i was contact the costumer care they did not pick my phone call due to high priority call when I was email on the company site the. The other company reply me they told me send me images of the product I will give all the details they told me the company replace your battery but I don't want to replace battery and I told please create for a return your product and then they not reply me so I was call in Warehouse so one person pick my call and I will told the whole situation they told me I m mail for our customer department they reply u at * pm. So the company email me they told me m replace your battery but the company they not give return and not give my money back so I will complain in your site please u will action of this company strictly
