The indian garage co - quality failed

i ordered two jeand but because of quality of the cloth i returned the proiduct to the company again the total cost for two jeans were **** i paid and after i selected that i want to return the product the message i got is i will got *** as refund and *** rupees will be deducted for the return shipment i was having no problem because its better to loose *** rupees instead of **** rupees and im seriously saying on the same day i placed the return and i returnd the same products i got i waited so much for refund then i got message that *** rupees refund is initiated than i asked them they said that the secnd product failed the quality check but how this can happen i have not used the jeans for more then *-* minutes for checking fitness then how they can say that product fails the quality checked how so i told them to share the details that how u checked the quality send me all details which jeans u recived and if i returnd something the both jeans were having all brans clips and all
please help me
