I ordered a wireless earphones in amazon.
That is not at all working after ** days.
I have raised the ticket * times already in boat service center. But no response.
It has * year warranty.
Is this what they call customer service?
is this what they call brand?
Their negligence in providing the warranty support disturbed me mentally.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
