Voot Buy - Quality Cheap Fake

I purchased a so called Mysore Silk Crepe Saree from Vootbuy.in on **th April **** and recieved the product on **th April ****.
The color of the product is not as shown in the picture and the quality is very cheap that it tears up in * pull.

Amount paid on GP- ****/-
Payment reference ID COD on GP - UPI/P*A/************/Narendra V N - Bluedart

I wrote to them on their email - "Support@vootbuy.in" and received a mail delivery notification that said "Address not found".

I tried to reach them on their number ********** multiple times but went unanswered all the time.

Please help.
