I had placed an order with a total of Rs. **** through your website on **nd September with express shipping.
The order number is PV****.
It's almost * weeks since I've ordered and I haven't received it yet(According to express delivery, the package would be delivered in *-* working days). If this is the case then what have I paid the express delivery charges for?
Despite so many messages on Facebook, WhatsApp and mail, I'm not getting a single reply regarding this order.
It's high time now. Need to take a strict action.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
