PW app - PW batch blocked blaming me for piracy

PW blocked my number from app website causing unable to login when contacted through mail support they said i am involved content piracy
but i never did so i am regular pw online student earlier arjuna jee now lakshya jee batch i have proper streaks watchtime i study regulalrly since **th september its blocked i am unable to study they are not calling me just on mail saying you did piracy not giving any proofs saying against company policy doing proper mental harassment
