PVR cinema nagpur - PVR cinemas bad consumer services

On **/**/**** me with my family went to watch movie at PVR cinema nagpur.I experienced very bad quality of service from PVR staff there firstly while booking tickets the did not tell us that the movie is for **+ audiance only we had * below ** children with us . While booking tickets I asked for prime tickets but they gave us prime plus which was ** rupees per ticket more expensive than the prime tickets.while making payment I asked them to change the seats but he denied because there was lot of people waiting after me and for * booking windows there was only one staff operating all.I had to pay *** rupees extraa after this on entrance of the theatre they stopped us and said we can not take children with us as the movie is for **+ audiance only we requested and asked them to let us go in because the did not inform us while booking tickets but they did not let the children enter .We had to send children back home.PVR did not refund the amount of the tickets of children.
