Hello Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the horrible experience I had at your Luxe screen * on February **, ****, while watching the movie 'Vidamuyarchi' at the *:** pm show. The air conditioning was not working, and despite my repeated complaints, the issue was not resolved.
I first reported the issue to one of the team leaders/managers at **:** pm, and he assured me that it would be fixed. However, the problem persisted, and I made another complaint before the intermission. When I asked your staff to come and check the issue, they refused, and it was only after I insisted that one of them came to investigate. He found that there was no air conditioning effect in rows A, B, C, D, and E, while the middle rows and the area near the screen had a good air conditioning effect.
It was disappointing to note that the air conditioning was working fine in the counter lobby, but not in the theater where we were watching the movie. As a customer, I expect a certain level of comfort and service, especially when I am paying a premium price for a Luxe experience. In this case, I paid Rs. *** for my ticket, and yet I had to suffer through the entire movie without air conditioning.
I spoke to Manoj and Veera after the movie, and they showed me that the temperature at **:** pm was around **.* degrees. However, when I checked with one of your staff during the interval, they confirmed that the air conditioning was not working. I request that you review the CCTV footage to verify my account of the incident. I was wearing a white and black checked shirt and blue jean shorts, and I had accompanied one of your staff to check the air conditioning.
I am providing these details so that you can take necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and comfort, and it is disappointing to see that your team leaders, managers, and floor in-charges do not seem to value customer satisfaction. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary actions to ensure that your customers have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at your theater.
I look forward to hearing from you and hope that you will take steps to prevent such incidents in the future.
