I had bought a bag Deep Quad Fatty Tote Bag worth **** on the **th March, the bag with a model in the picture was deceiving, the size way smaller than it showed, I requested for the return and refund as soon as it was delivered. Daily Objects picked up the bag from me on **th March.
I repeated asked for refund, I gave my bank * details and waited for * days and then they said they had already refunded and gave a fake transaction number, I enquired the transaction with my bank and they said its not correct.
They harassed me, called me a liar for * months until **th May, when I showed the proof from my bank they apologised and asked for another bank details, I gave bank * details waited for ** days.
Same thing, again asked for bank * details, i gave them and now also same thing asking me for bank * details
They have humiliated me by calling me a liar, mentally harassed me by making me run in circles
No person should go through such treatement
