Giva Jewelry - purposely delaying the return pickup and now denying to accept the request

#GI********** is the order no. I had requested return pickup withing given time valid for return request. I also got confirmation on email the pickup will be done. But they are not scheduling the pickup and now they are denying to do it. they purposely delayed the return pickup despite of doing follow ups and now they are denying to schedule pickup.
