I purchased ecodrift standard from Barza electric vehicle dealer, PO. Chirakkal, Kannur, Kerala, Pin Code - ******, * months ago. on ** th November **** vehicle stopped working during running. There was * white strip and red strip battery charge indicators are still remaining at that time. I called for assistance to * mobile phone numbers available. They ignored my call. After many attempts one person attended my call and said that technicians are not available after *.** PM and Sundays. and they will send technician om Monday. on Monday afte many attempts they attended my call and said that technician will come on next day. on the fifth day afternoon after making many calls they sent a technician. He checked the battery and directed to charge the battery. As the second free service is due I opted for tow service and send the vehicle to the dealer's service center on December*.
After that they are not attending my calls and not providing the date of repairing the vehicle. Their technician once replied that they are checking the battery. I requested for replacement of battery. They said that thy had no spare battery for replacement .
No response from the dealer side after passing ** days.
Today they said that the battery is sent to the company.
I need software updation also.
please do the needful to get my vehicle repaired as soon as possible and compensation for the unwanted delay in getting the vehicle repaired.
