Ola Fleet Technologies Private Limited - Purchased OLA Pre Owned car RC transfer not done even after 6 months

I have purchased OLA Preowned car on **th March ****, paid full amount on the same. At the time of purchase they have promised me that RC transfer will be done in ** days, its been more than *** days and even after continuous follow-ups it has not done yet. Last time they have promised me that if the RC transfer not done by **th Aug ****, they are going to take the car back and return my money, but they are not responding.
