I purchased MRF tyre from SHREE VALLAM TYRES in manavalan nagar, Thriruvallur on **-**-****. Invoice No. **** of Rs. ****.** + gst, then we fix the tyre in bike. After that my vechile facing issues in tyre wabling, then we checked mechanic shop near by me they are said tyre issue, then we visited in SHREE VALLAM TYRES &handover the purchased tyre and get the claim forwarding docket, after eight days message from MRF, they said pay the amount of Rs. ***/- & collect the tyre.
For your manufacturing quality defect, why you are penalize me for buying your product.
As a poor product manufacturer, you have to compensate me for visiting mechanics for checking instead you are asking Rs.***/ from me.
Please deliver the tyre without collecting any money from me.
