I do not get any tracking id as they mention on their webpage:'After we receive your order, we process it further. then we will verify your order, after successful verification, we will ship you the product and will let you know your product details and your tracking ID s. so, that you can track your parcel on your own,". And they mention,"Generally, every shipment is ship the same day if the order made within * PM, and the parcel will deliver within * to * days if normal delivery and ** to ** hours if express delivery. If any order made after * PM then that order will be shipped the next day (except Sunday)," but unfortunately, i do not get the parcel after * days nor any tracking id. I call them several times from this phone# +************, they do not pickup the call. I tell them i want to Cancelled my order and ask for refund, but unfortunately till today they are unreachable.
