Virgio India - purchased item missing on delivery refuses to provide a resolution

An jeans bought from Virigio app was missing from the package. Company refuses to provide any help.
Ordered * items in one order and only one of the pants were delivered.
Spoke to the customer care many times and they are not providing any proper resolution to the issue.
Then they send me a mail after making me wait further for *-* days to investigate the matter and then confirm in an email that they are rejecting my complaint.
No resolution provided for the issue faced by the customer. This company (Virgio India) does not care for the bad experience provided by their delivery channel and on top of that decides to just leave the customer with the issue and refusing to provide a new delivery nor a compensation for the purchase done.
Companies like this who do not care of the customer satisfaction and just resort to ignoring the customer's pleas till they walk away frustrated is such poor business ethics and really an injustice to the consumer.
