Amazon appario retail private limited HP PENDRIVE - PURCHASED HP Pendrive but order is not received to me

I purchased HP **GB Pen drive from Amazon on **.**.**** but product not received to me. In status it’s showing delivered . I raised complaint * times with Amazon and they are claiming that they delivered the product . I have not received any call from delivery person and not even any otp etc generated for this order. This is totally fraud by e-commerce like Amazon and they are not having any mechanism to resolve such problems . I also asked them to share seller/ deliver persons information / contacts but they denied. I need complete refund and some fine on Amazon for these kind of fraud they are doing with customers.
