Wristmate in - Purchased a Watch and it is not TURNING ON from second day of Usage

I have bought a watch and its not working from second day onwards. It is not TURNING ON.
First day, it charged and worked fine, the problem is from the second day. I need a refund of the amount i have spent. I am placing the Order summary which i have ordered in wristmate.in website and the complaint ID which i have raised with the customer support hi@wristmate.in.

Customer Support is not at all responding for my queries and i hate that for the service. I need the refund for my amount i have used in the Order summary.
