Vle Bazaar - purchase mobile but not received against order number

I had purchsed a mobile phone Micro,MAX Bharat * Plus (Q***) Black *GB RAM ** GB ROM *G Smart Phone All *G SIM.
On *th Feb **** and paid INR **** via lazypay app to them and they promised the deliver the phone on **th Feb ****. However no information on the order and they are not picking the call. later i got to know they are cheating people.
