WE BUY HONDA SCOOTY FROM OLX FOR RS.***** BUT THAT PERSON TOLD US *ST YOU DO AN RS **** PAYMENT THROUGH PAYTM AND REMAINING WHEN YOU RECEIVE SCOOTY.AFTER * HRS WE CAL HIM THAT WE YET NOT RECEIVE SCOOTY THEN HE TOLD US THAT *ST YOU TO PAY ALL AMOUNT.AND DURING BOOKING HE SAID THAT YOU SCOOTY TAKE KEY AND THEN PAID REMAINING AMOUNT.SO WE SAID THEM THAT *ST WE WANT SCOOTY AND THEN WE WILL PAY YOUR REMAINING AMOUNT.THATS WHY THEY BLOCKED ALL CONTACTS OF US AND ALSO NOT READY TO PAY OUR AMOUNT.PLEASE HELP ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
