There was a dispute in purchase showing in SBI card statement on **th Sept., ****, which was not done by me but they are claiming payment from me. I raise the dispute on that day sending email to them and complaint also. But, they did not take any initiative to find the cause of dispute. I am suffering for the wrong data displaying in my CIBIL report. When I complaint against it to the Customer care of State Bank of India , the concerned person of SBI card replied by email that they are unable to identify my account even after giving them my PAN number and SBI credit card account number. The SBI credit card asked me to pay Rs.***** which was displaying in CIBIL. Suddenly they changed it to Rs.*****/- and mentioned a negotiation has done on ****, whereas I never had any communication after **** when the card was destroyed at GE office in Kolkata. I came to know about this when my home loan application was rejected in January, ****.
