Pupkart - Pupkart parcel not delivered after repeated mails and calls

I have ordered a item from pupkart on **th July **** amounting Rs. ***. But I haven't received any details of the product on my mail ID or mobile such as product details, invoice no. or delivery details. After regularly following up with the pupkart executive they are ignoring my calls and not responding.
