Pvr Cinema chennai - Pungent smell and unethical behaviour

We booked * tickets for the coolie movie screening in audi * of pvr cinemas palazzo chennai forum mall. Seat numbers: E** and E** - **.** pm show. We were constantly getting a bad smell. We did raise a concern and they came and sprayed room freshner twice which dint help and the anti piracy squad bala said he will fix it in ** minutes but never came back. After the movie, some of the cleaning staffs did check the place and confirmed that the smell is coming. Whereas the senior cleaning staff nitish kumar denied the same. We wanted to meet the manager in duty karthikeyan . He came and expressed unethical behaviour. We asked for a refund which was not given. We suffered during the entire duration of the movie. The entire row members were complaining. For the behaviour of karthikeyan, the duty manager and the senior cleaning staff nitish kumar, we demand an apology. Also requesting the pvr team to take action against the duty manager and the senior cleaning staff. Need an update on this ASAP.
