The milk packet was punctured inside the dmart premises and it was parking area of dmart ravet.
The staff was very abusive and arrogant when i went to exchange the milk packet.
Finally, by the time i reached the home the half the milk was wasted.

I have placed the dmart bill very carefully. To claim my loss.
