pulsus conference - pulsus group not refunding my conference registration money

Sir/ Madam,
I request you to kindly give back money which I paid for registration for presentation in pulsus group at **th international conference on on osteoporosis, arthritis and musculoskeletal disorders at Dubai ****. Conference got postponed due to COVID **. I request you to kindly help me as I am financially restrained and have spent money on this with difficulty.
Please help me. I would be very grateful.
