He also threatens to not do registration if amount is not paid and collecting *-* lakhs additionally above agreement value and excluding gst. Fact is no bills will be given for all the payments. The owner is TGV Prasad and TGV Naga Aruna. Provident Kenworth including puravanakara delayed flats handover and charging for aminities no matter they are not ready. Not even parking is allocated so far but they are deducting areares for mantainance from last *-* years. It’s total fraud project.
