Ordered red color soft silk saree from saree craft site but provided saree is completely different what shown in picture. In picture mentioned that soft silk golden border saree...but provided polyester material saree . When asked for refund then received mail ghaf provided product is as shown in picture so refund is not possible ..but actual received product is not good and not even like as per mentioned description...totally making fools to customers and also cheating..need to take legal action against such online sites
