dell vastro - Provided the laptop which doest not power on

I purchased the laptop (“Dell Vostro Core i* **th Gen” from Flipkart) However, after using it for a day the battery backup was staying only for *.* hours even after nominal browsing and there was overheating issue and next day after charging ***% the battery completely drained off. When I called the customer care, they suggested the service provider will be calling me as I don’t have any pop-up option to raise a complaint or return request. I waited for the call no one showed up as the return policy was within * days again, I called the customer service regarding the same they said no issue that should not be a problem as they have call records in their database.

I called again the c/s next day of flip kart they assisted to contact Dell as they were unable to do anything even after raising the complaint Dell did not even address the issue. I used to contact flip kart n-number of times: they gave misleading information and no one was addressing the issue or gave proper instruction. Then after ten-day one call rep helped me with a link to a return request. As there were many options for a return request, I had to choose my own option because flipkart was always misleading and never helped.

As my dad is hospitalized, I have lost my energy in calling flip kart daily, I can see I have used laptop only for minimum browsing and the laptop is fake and flip kart as played so much in prolonging days( till **th Aug) and closed the ticket as my reason of return was not valid. The flip kart customer service doesn’t even have the proper information and the escalation team calls and raises their voice against us and closes the ticket and sends email as they wish. Even after twitting or raising the complaint no one addressed the issue so far.
