Voltas 2 ton noninverter split Ac - Provided Faulty AC

I bought * ACs and one of them was faulty and they are not replacing the AC nor giving me full refund.
I am suffocating from last ** days now without AC.
Lost trust in voltas and its pathetic customer service.
Pls provide replacement of AC or provide me full refund
