I was having an exam scheduled for AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA-C**) on April *st, ****.
During document verification i have submitted my Aadhar card but the support guy had told me that aadhar is not considered a valid document. So I have provided My driving licence. again the support guy had told me the photo was not cleared, so i was not having another document. The support guy had created a support case and told me he will reschedule the exam.
On Tuesday dated *th-April-**** i had called support for the updates on rescheduling the exam but the support team had updated wrong information that candidate was not having document for verification and had cancelled my exam and no refund will be done.
I have ask support guy to transfer the call to any senior person, he had transfer call to supervisor and checked that there was a mistake fro support guy and update the wrong information about the document and he will reschedule the exam on same amount wait for *-* day.
Today, *th-April **** I called support again for the update but I am getting the same update from support and supervisor that it is not possible to reschedule the exam.
Kindly look into this and please provide my money back or reschedule the exam on the same amount.
