IDBI BANK LTD - Property Title deeds lost

I bought two housing loans from IDBI bank, one in Chennai and one in Bangalore.

I got to know from the bank that, both my property original documents, which got submitted, got damaged/lost in a fire accident. For Chennai home, its completely damaged[I got bit and pieces of documents and its useless] and for bangalore home, its lost in the fire.

The bank helped me getting certified copies, but in this pandemic , this is what I went thru.

To support family situations and do bit of relocation , I tried to sell both the property, so that I can put it as savings for my family and also due to covid, had some financial troubles, also to help with that. The journey I went thru while trying to sell both the homes was horrible. Every buyer stated the reason that original documents are not there and quoted very low value.

As a consumer, this has really caused me mental disturbances, anxiety disorders, as my hard earned money has gone waste now. Because of lost/damaged to the original documents
a) I am not able to sell this property. Buyers think its fake as I don't hold original documents
b) Overall value of my property has very low. Some buyers are asking for **% of current market value. No one is ready to accept the certified copies and letter from bank.

Thinking about this , I am going thru mental disturbances and not able to focus on work and family. I want compensation from bank for this situation. I want bank to repay **% of the market value.

Bank says they will get me certified copies etc , but no one wants it. NO buyers are ready to accept it. I don't want to accept the bank statement. As per the agreement, its the bank's responsibility to keep the documents safe against the money they have given. [Will the bank accept if I don't pay EMI, because I am not earning that much now]

I really want to file a case against IDBI bank and compensate my loss , by providing the above money. Please help me with filing a case and compensate with the **% of property market value.

I filed a case against bank ombudsman and nothing majorly happened, than bank giving me Rs.***** as compensation.

Please help me come out of this situation and help me get back my hard earned money.
