Kasturi Housing - Property Tax and Maintenance Issue

Hi Team,

I got possession of my flat C-**** in Apostrophe Society of Kasturi Housing builders on **th August ****. I am observing below issues with Maintenance and Property Tax payments -

Maintenance Payment Issue - As mentioned above, I got the possession of my flat on **th August **** and it was clearly agreed upon by builder (and its implicit), that the * years of maintenance charges that were paid to Builder, starts from the date of possession, but what I am seeing is that, builder has sent the Maintenance Start date as *st May **** to Society Committee. This should ideally be *st August ****. This is creating a gap of about ***** Rs.

Property Tax Issue - Similar issue is noticed with Property Tax. **,*** Rs. have been charged from **st April **** till **st March ****, which is something that I will pay but there is an additional Tax of **,*** Rs. for the period before *st April ****. If ~**** Rs. of Tax is considered per month, Builder should be paying approximately ***** Rs. of tax that is applied from October **** till July ****.
