I was looking for a residential site in Mysore, was attracted to the offer of Vsan Infrastructure. And we agreed and paid a sum *,**,*** in the month of June **** and also we agreed to pay the balance consideration at the time of registration of the site
Since there is no progress in the development of layout/sites and no reply back from Vsan Infrastructure team either to give the sites or refund the amount, I would like to send legal notice from the consumer court
