Lorraine White Galstaun filed complaint against DHFL home loan on May 11, 2021
I have closed my Home Loan No CAL/****** with DHFL vide Reciept No. ******** dated **th February **** for an amount of Rs. *,**,***/-. On **th March ****, I was informed by their Executive that my Original Deed has not been picked up from the Office of the Registrar of Land & Revenue. I have been following up constantly for the Deed since then. No one answers calls at DHFL and I have also escalated the matter per their escalation matrix trough email. There has been no revert to nay email sent till date.
Mails and Reminder Mails sent to their Customer Care on **th April ****& **th April ****.
Mail to their Nodal Officer on **nd April ****.
Mail to their CEO on *th May ****.
It has been over * months and I have no intimation regarding the same. I am facing loss of Rs. *****/- per month because I am not able to handover the Deed to my Mortgage Company
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
