I humbly bring down my grievance on S V PROJECTS. I belong to Schedule Caste. I am a single parent, Separated women.

Because of SV PROJECTS Political and economical background I humbly request your intervention in regard Sir.
In the year **** December, I got an agreement with SV projects proprietor Mr. S.V. Babu and Mr. S. Vinay Babu ****, New Np: ***, S.V.Towers, *nd Floor, WOC Road, *th Block, Rajajinagar, Bangalore. Who assured me to give site no *** for which the registration will be done in mid of or end of **** on site No: *** at Sr. Balaji Residency Layout, Chikka Tirupathi for which I took personal loan and paid **,*** as initial advance amount by cheque and Rs. **** EMI through Canara Bank every month. I in fact borrowed on interest, pledged my jewels too, to pay my EMI on time for the two and half consecutive years expecting I will get a site near Sarjappur. As per their instruction I called up in the month of October In ****. As per the matured date When I called up and asked about the registration details, I was told that still development work is due to complete and so, “I must wait for few more months.” When I asked after few months, they said that still work is pending and I need to wait. Every time whenever I called up and visited, they told the same reason till ****. I waited till **** and after that I personally went met Mr. Vinay (Phone No: **********) and requested to give me a site. Till date I have not got a site in Sri. Balaji Residency, Chikka Tirupati. He is telling the same reason till now.
Now I feel that I am been cheated and fooled by SV Projects. Not only me. There are some more people too. Because Mr. Vinay Babu and his father Mr. S.V.Babu are economically and physically strong rude in their word and behaviour, which I have suffered whenever, I approached them. I am very scared of them. I do not have any support in regard. I fear that they may do any illegal activity on me. I do not know how to solve this issue. I am scared to take any legal action because of their financial impact, being financially strong, they may do any harm to me. That’s the reason I am writing my grievance to PM CELL where I can get the justice with empathy. where a middle class family can get justice from rich land owner. In fact, I am mentally disturbed a lot, and got health problem thinking about this issue.
I being a female, from a minority, a women, a separated women humbly request you to help me by getting a site in Chikkatirupathi where they have shown me, and provided agreement.
