UC - Property broken by the company worker

U C worker came for toilet cleaning.to our flat on **.**.**** He broke the closet-Duravit Stark * wall mounted.while cleaning Probably he stood on that to clean the glass shelf’s above the closet kept at * ft height . Otherwise there is no chance for the closet to break . It is hardly * yrs old ..Complaint registered in the UC app.We had already uploaded the pics as per the help line request on Saturday itself . Following that We were asked to upload quotation for replacement. Once quotation came, no body is responding. There is no proper contact no. Help line no is always busy. On top of it they have put work completed! Kindly resolve this problem. They have to replace the closet.
