I booked a Flat with Lodha Developers in Kharadi Pune, with My agent as Elegance Properties. At the time of negotiation, the agent promised to return ****** after the registration of the flat. To the same extent he has shared the email confirming it. But after registration he stopper responding or picking up my calls.
