second hand cart - proper item not sent

Good evening sir,
On **-**-**** I was ordered honor * lite , *GB,**GB memory phone. Today afternoon *pm my wife received the courier through EMS speed post.
But as per my booking or my order I didn't received the item. I was received Micromax X***+ ( key pad phone) which is worth of Rs *** ( Mrp *** ) and as well as which is I received order no also wrong. My order no is ***** and which is I received on is *****. Even this order is not belong to mine.
After receiving the item I am trying to contact by whatsapp and as well as by calling to ********** this number. No one is attending my calls . I was tryied so many times . I am sending the screenshot photos of calls data and Whatsapp in attachments. Please find the attachments.
Now finally I want to cancel my order I don't want any mobile . I am requesting you sir kindly refund which is I paid by, my mount of Rs**** and kindly advise me how to return the mobile to secondhand cart company.
