Great Learning - Promised services Not Provided

I enrolled in the Post Graduate Programme in Cyber Security offered by Great Learning by paying approximately ₹*,**,***, based on the expectation of structured career and placement support. Before enrollment, I was informed that students completing the program are getting placed and that placement opportunities would be available by January. However, after enrolling, I have not received adequate placement support. There has been no structured guidance, no relevant interview opportunities, and poor communication from the placement team. Although a placement report was shared, it does not reflect the actual support provided to me individually. The services delivered are not aligned with the expectations created during enrollment. This constitutes a clear case of deficiency in service and misleading expectations. I request a fair resolution, including a partial refund or proper placement support with defined timelines.
