Insta Courier And Logistics - Promised services not provided by the company

Hello,
This is inform to all of you that the Insta courier and logistics Pvt ltd, Malad, West, Mumbai cheated me. First they offer so many things like office setup, computers, chairs, table and all those things. After payment once that done agreement not body take care, they will not provide any work, or not ready to refund the amount. Please help me.

I have made the payment of Rs. *,**,***/+**% GST, total Rs. *,**,***/- on June **th, **** before the agreement, but till now they are not ready to give that GST bill also and they have made the agreement on **th July ****, after that there is no response from company, the service is very bad.

This is for courier franchise purpose, first they offered they will provide courier office (with rent and advance), computers, chairs, table to set up courier office in my place. They made the agreement once the amount is transferred to their account, they say to me wait for some days to setup the office. After that person mobile is switched off who gave the above promises.

Two times I went to Insta courier office, but there no response..... Simply they are escalating this issue from one person to another, they will say it takes some time and we will inform you, that's it.

And while signing the agreement it was ready format with company seal and signature, simply they took my signature.

Totally this company is a fraud company.
