Drivology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. - Promised services not delivered yet by the company

Drivekool.com provides RTO related services. I have recently moved to Bangalore from Noida with my Grand i** car. I had received NOC from Noida RTO. I took services from the said company to pay Karnataka state road taxes and get Karnataka registration number. For this, they have taken INR **,*** as service charge. My vehicle inspection was done on **st May in electronic city RTO and got the receipt after paying a cheque of INR ***** for road tax. It has been more than ** days and I have not received the Karnataka vehicle number. I am following up with them after ** days are completed since vehicle inspection. They had informed me that after vehicle inspection it will take not more than ** days to get new Karnataka vehicle number. I have called them more than ** times but every time they say that you will receive tomorrow. I had also visited their head office in HSR layout but still, nothing happened. I would like to raise a complaint about this fraud company which is a big set back for PM's digital India dream. They are giving false promises to consumers and making money. I have attached the complete mail chain which has been exchanged between me and the company. I have also attached the relevant invoices.
