Club High Sky OPC Pvt Ltd - Promised services are not provided

Dear sir, I have visited Manali as per our scheduled holiday trip and one person contact to me at Mall Road Manali and he is give us a sealed envelope to open for a surprise gift on anniversary of club high sky accordingly we open and he told you are very lucky and win the surprise gift. We go to Hotel Kanishka Manali with him and meet to Mr Ankit Bhardwaj, he explain the very tempt and entice holiday plans till * hour and his senior is also clear some points of Club High Sky (OPC) Pvt Ltd, accordingly I have taken the membership of club high sky from Manali on **.**.**** and paid the amount of Rs *****/- by credit card but in ** points promise the different as actual written in agreement, now I want to clarification on these point so no one answering and picking the call. I am very disappointed because ** main points are different even if I taken this membership so will pay just double amount against promised by representative. They are provide the clarification on email only for * points and all others are same differ as promised, they are cheating the peoples with wrong promise. All these situations faced by me and finally reach the position to refund of my amount because they are unable to fulfill the promised services and also not pick up my call to both Mr Ankit Bharswaj & representative of Club High Sky (OPC) Pvt Ltd, Head office Lucknow, they also denied to refund the amount while I have not use any services and anything else. Please do needful and help to refund the amount of Rs *****/-.
