Tradeindia.com - Promised Service Not Delivered and Refund got Denied

I have planned the * months online marketing campaign for my startup firm and i have paid **,*** for "* months service online Catalog-* page " to Trade India on **-July-****.

They were communicating with me for building the catalog till **-sep-****. After that, there is no communication from their side.

After * Months ** Days, on **/*/****, i have been contacted by one of their executives and have been asked, whether we can host the catalog now.?

I said, No, since my planned marketing duration had been crossed and i have changed my products as well. And also, i have requested to refund the paid fee, since they haven't delivered the service.

On **/**/****, i have received a mail saying that my catalog has been hosted. I have called them and informed to stop hosting the expired content, since i haven't approved anything to host.

But they haven't listened and hosting the catalog untill **/*/****.

And they are not ready to refund the amount and ignoring my requests completely.

These people are one of the worst service in the Market and cheating the small firm proprietor.

Looking for help to seek justice . Helping hand would be really appreciated.
