I am vaibhav wagh, ex-student of FSD(full stack developer)-batch **** from chinchwad branch, pune

I will explain entire scenario in full details.

I took admission for FSD(full stack developer) batch at seed infotech chinchwad branch, at that time there was offer on this course that deposit full fees now which worth around Rs.**,*** in ** days and after completion of the course and the duration of ** months seed should refund Rs.**,*** to the student and for this seed infotech signed bond/official agreement with us, for reference document attached to this grievance below.
That official duration is completed on * March ****, Now that commitment from seed is not yet completed. Money should refunded to us before * Month’s i.e. on * March ****. but still it delayed by * months & more. Before this complaint I tried to contact all seed email and contact numbers but none of them are giving favourable response.
Recently we contact with seed infotech-chincwad branch manager(sunita tanawade) and one seed official has name Raghu sir, Raghu sir replied to the mail on ** July **** – *:** PM and told us give us ** days we will conclude on this. As they said I waited for ** days but no response came from seed infotech and none of them are replying to our issue, even no one is ready to tell us the status of that refund.
We know that there is pandemic going on in our country that's why I waited over the * months but now we want our money as assigned by seed in that agreement. In that bond/agreement seed not assigned any terms and condition’s regarding pandemic situation and financial up downs, still I am as a coordinative student waited for * month’s and more.
now i filed the complaint in consumer court and acknowledged to seed regarding that complaint still seed infotech not giving any response.
whatever it is i want my **k rs refund back
