I ordered a handbag from this Instagram store on short notice and even compromised on the extra belt of bag, she promised a premium quality and the same colour i choose. But asap i received the order it was really not the colour i choose along with damaged zip. when I asked her for the return she denied it. even thou i have been so polite and cooperative with her. she refused it back.
