Darshan Anil Lodha filed complaint against Vip Hexa on Aug 7, 2019
Despite repetitive follow up for refund of my amount Viphexa has failed to honour their commitment. It has been more than a month since I had paid up for the number. Viphexa falsely claimed was available with them. I had ordered mobile phone number ********** at Viphexa online store on *th July **** with Order No. **** and have paid Rs. ****/- for it.
As promised, they failed to deliver the number and later on claimed that it was wrongly meant for sale. I did agree to their defence and also agreed to their request that refund would be initiated within ** hours from the date of purchase. I have been regularly following up for refund since then. No refund initiated.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
